AI & Workflow Automation
AI that does useful work inside your processes — with guardrails.
AI agents and automated workflows that take repetitive, rules-based work off your team's plate.
At a glance
Most teams don't need a chatbot for its own sake. They need enquiries answered, requests classified, records updated and the right person notified — reliably. We build AI agents and automated workflows that sit inside your existing tools, use structured outputs, and keep a human in the loop where judgement matters.

The problem
What businesses tell us.
- Staff spend hours reading, sorting and forwarding messages, forms and feedback.
- Customers wait for replies to simple requests outside business hours.
- Data is re-keyed from emails and forms into CRMs and spreadsheets.
- Reports are compiled manually before every weekly review.
- Previous AI experiments produced impressive demos but inconsistent results.
Our approach
How we deliver it.
- 01
Pick the right process
We look for high-volume, rules-heavy tasks where automation is measurable and the cost of an error is understood.
- 02
Design for structure
AI steps return validated, structured data — categories, fields, decisions — rather than free text that downstream steps must guess at.
- 03
Keep people in control
Confidence thresholds, fallback routes and approval steps make sure edge cases reach a human.
- 04
Observe and improve
Execution logs, error alerts and sample reviews show how the automation behaves in practice.

FAQ
AI & Workflow Automation: common questions.
What is an AI agent for business?
An AI agent is a language model connected to tools — such as a booking sheet, CRM or email account — and instructions that let it complete a task, for example taking a reservation request, checking existing records and recording the booking. Good agents are narrow, observable and constrained to the actions they need.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model per task. We have built workflows with Google Gemini and also work with OpenAI and Anthropic models. Cost, latency, data-handling terms and output quality all inform the choice.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We configure providers and plans whose terms suit your data. Where sensitive information is involved, we minimise what is sent to the model and can keep processing within self-hosted infrastructure.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
We design for it. Outputs are validated against a schema, uncertain results follow a fallback route, and important actions can require human approval. Execution logs make every decision traceable.
