About SIDDs Infotech
A software company that understands how businesses actually run.
Founded in India in 2018 and operating in the United Kingdom since 2025, SIDDs Infotech combines software engineering, product thinking, operations expertise and intelligent automation.
We exist to remove the friction between how a business wants to work and what its technology allows.
Too many organisations run critical processes on spreadsheets, inboxes and goodwill. Staff become the integration layer between systems that don't talk to each other, and growth simply means more manual work.
We build the alternative: custom software where no product fits, integrations that let existing tools share data, and AI-assisted automations that handle routine work reliably — with people kept firmly in control of the decisions that matter.
Our mission
To help businesses replace manual processes, connect disconnected systems and build technology that supports growth.

Values
How we choose to work.
Problem first
We start with the operational problem and its cost, not with a preferred technology.
Honest by default
Clear estimates, visible progress and no inflated claims — in proposals or on this website.
Built to last
Testing, security, monitoring and documentation are part of the job, not optional extras.
Your system, your control
You own what we build, and we design it so others can understand and maintain it.

Software and intelligent automation
Custom software, SaaS, integrations and an AI and n8n automation practice — delivered as one joined-up offering.
Founder
Led by someone who has built software and run operations.
Dhriti Wadhwa founded SIDDs Infotech in 2018. Dhriti's career combines software engineering with product management, data analysis, technology consulting and operations management — including leading day-to-day operations in London.
That mix is deliberate. Software built purely from a specification often misses how work really happens on the ground. Operational experience keeps our focus on adoption, reliability and the practical details that decide whether a system gets used.
Our approach to delivery
Small steps, visible progress, production quality.
Each engagement follows the same disciplined path, scaled to the size of the work.
