FAQ
Technology Consulting: common questions.
What is an automation opportunity assessment?
A short engagement in which we review your key processes, estimate the manual effort involved, and identify which tasks are suitable for automation, along with suggested tools, risks and priorities.
How do you approach software modernisation?
We prefer incremental modernisation — wrapping, replacing and migrating parts of a system in stages — over high-risk full rewrites, unless the existing system genuinely cannot be evolved.
Can you review code written by another supplier?
Yes. We produce a clear report covering architecture, code quality, security, test coverage and operational readiness, with prioritised recommendations.
Is consulting a fixed-price engagement?
Assessments and reviews are usually fixed-scope and fixed-price. Ongoing advisory or fractional leadership is typically agreed on a monthly basis.
