When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company, country, the service you are interested in, your project description and, if you choose to share them, your budget range and timeline.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical information such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs for security and reliability purposes. If analytics are enabled, we use them to understand how the website is used in aggregate.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work with you and keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are sent to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and received in our email system. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, including under UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
